TerraVox Ventures · About
The institutional capital platform for validated agri-food assets
TerraVox Ventures deploys institutional capital into agri-food, food-tech, ag-tech, climate, and water — exclusively through assets that have passed upstream validation. We are the scale layer of the Sarnian Group ecosystem.
Capital is a commodity. Execution is scarce. TerraVox exists to close the execution gap for allocators who refuse blind pools and demand evidence-backed deployment.
The Sarnian ecosystem
TerraVox is one of three integrated platforms under the Sarnian Group. AgriNexus and AmplifyGreen are upstream — they source and validate. TerraVox is where institutional capital deploys.

Governance
- Two Investment Committees. AmplifyGreen IC decides cohort admissibility; TerraVox IC decides investability. Independent vote, independent ground.
- Editorial Committee. AgriNexus operates under editorial neutrality — its credibility is non-negotiable and protected by formal policy.
- GP co-investment. Sarnian's balance sheet anchors selected SPVs alongside LPs, ensuring shared exposure and aligned risk.
- ROFR & distribution discipline. TerraVox secures Right of First Refusal on commercial distribution through Sarnian-linked entities where relevant.
- Conflict-of-interest policy. Paying for AmplifyGreen services never guarantees a TerraVox investment, and is explicitly disclaimed to all parties.
- Regulatory hygiene. Service revenue is structurally separated from any transaction-based fees. No success fees on capital raised.
