TerraVox Ventures · Institutional Capital · Sarnian Group

We scale the validated assets.

Capital is a commodity. Execution is scarce.

TerraVox is the institutional capital platform of the Sarnian Group — syndicating deal-by-deal SPVs, thematic allocations, and strategic JVs for family offices, corporate ventures, foundations, and mission-driven capital. Not a blind-pool fund. High selectivity, board-level governance, and assets that have already passed through AmplifyGreen validation and AgriNexus intelligence.

Section 01 · Market Truth

The market truth no allocator can afford to ignore

Why the blind-pool model has stopped working in agri-food and climate.

Capital deployed ahead of validation

Most ag and climate deals fail not on science but on regulatory navigation, field economics and offtake.

Misaligned incentives

Management-fee economics reward AUM, not outcomes; carry timelines decouple GPs from real execution risk.

No transparency, no selectivity

Blind pools force allocators to commit to a thesis they cannot interrogate, on companies they have not seen.

Fragmented execution support

Founders are left to assemble regulatory, operational and commercial capability ad hoc, at the worst possible time.

The result: A persistent execution gap between Seed and Series B that consumes capital without producing returns.

Closing that gap is what Sarnian does for a living. Our three-platform structure converts the execution gap from a source of risk into a source of return.

Section 02 · The Ecosystem

Validated upstream. Scaled here.

TerraVox sits at the end of a disciplined pipeline — AgriNexus signals, AmplifyGreen validates, TerraVox deploys capital and scales. Every asset in our portfolio has passed through upstream platforms before reaching institutional investors. Exits feed back into AgriNexus, compounding proprietary deal flow over time.

Section 04 · Five Stages

Signal → Screen → Validate → Scale → Realize

Every venture that reaches our capital base has passed through five disciplined stages — each owned by the platform with the right capability.

01

Signal

Owned by AgriNexus

Weekly intel feed, deal database, Polsia scans, thematic theses.

02

Screen

Owned by AmplifyGreen

Global challenge, cohort intake, coachability check, Sprint scoping.

03

Validate

Owned by AmplifyGreen

Iowa testbeds, Chile counter-season, regulatory sprints, Operator Pods.

04

Scale

Owned by TerraVox

SPV / JV structuring, board governance, active stewardship.

05

Realize

Owned by TerraVox

Distribution rights, strategic M&A, secondary sales, late-round upsizing.

Exits and outcomes feed back into AgriNexus — closing the loop and refining the next cycle's signal.

Section 05 · Global Springboard

Source. Validate.
Scale.

Three hubs anchor a single execution engine. Israel sources deep-tech IP from IIA incubators, Technion, Volcani, and Weizmann. Iowa validates through Iowa State testbeds, the Cultivation Corridor, and BioMADE fermentation — converting lab data into bankable field economics. Chile scales via counter-seasonal trial cycles and Start-Up Chile, serving as the LATAM gateway through Brazil and Argentina.

The platform stack runs across all three hubs: AgriNexus for intelligence, AmplifyGreen for validation, and TerraVox for capital deployment.

Sequencing discipline: Iowa must reach cash-flow positivity before Chile and Israel expand to full hubs. Africa and the GCC sequence in from 2027 with anchor allocator pull.

06Where We Deploy

Three buckets — and where we do not

AgTech

Focus

Farm robotics, biological inputs, precision agriculture, advanced seed systems.

Thesis

Labor scarcity and chemical regulation force automation. Iowa-validated biologicals carry global credibility.

No-Go

Heavy hardware without pre-sold offtake. Generic farm-management SaaS.

FoodTech

Focus

B2B ingredients, fermentation infrastructure, supply-chain tech, specialty nutrition.

Thesis

Alt-Protein 1.0 consumer wave has crashed. Value has migrated to the B2B supply chain enabling the industry.

No-Go

Pure-play CPG consumer brands with high marketing spend and low defensibility.

GreenTech

Focus

Carbon MRV, water tech, bioenergy, ForestTech, nature-based solutions.

Thesis

Corporate Scope-3 reporting drives demand for verifiable insetting. We back the picks-and-shovels, not the credits.

No-Go

Direct air capture and consumer carbon-footprint apps.

11Governance

Independence, by design

Two Investment Committees

AmplifyGreen IC decides cohort admissibility; TerraVox IC decides investability. Independent vote, independent ground.

Editorial Committee

AgriNexus operates under editorial neutrality — its credibility is non-negotiable and protected by formal policy.

GP co-investment

Sarnian's balance sheet anchors selected SPVs alongside LPs, ensuring shared exposure and aligned risk.

ROFR & distribution discipline

Conflict-of-interest policy

Paying for AmplifyGreen services never guarantees a TerraVox investment, and is explicitly disclaimed to all parties.

Regulatory hygiene

Service revenue is structurally separated from any transaction-based fees. No success fees on capital raised.

13Why Now

The window is open

Reset

Capital correction has cleared the market of weak operators and inflated valuations.

Scope-3

Corporate reporting requirements are driving demand for verifiable insetting and MRV.

Mandates

Sovereign and DFI mandates are explicitly capitalizing the agri-food, water and food-security deployment phase.

Regulation

Chemical and labour regulation is forcing automation and biologicals adoption at scale.

The market is no longer paying for narrative. It is paying for evidence — and TerraVox is purpose-built to deliver it.
